 What We Believe

Our Statement of Faith

We Believe.....

The Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.

That there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

In the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the father, and in His personal return in power and glory.

That for the salvation of lost and sinful people, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.

In the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.

In the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation, in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.
Our Purpose
Our purpose as a church body is to respond to Jesus Christ, our Head, in love and obedience and we fulfill this purpose as we:

CELEBRATE the person and work of Christ through worship.

CULTIVATE spiritual maturity through the hearing, study and application of God's Word.

CARE for the needs of one another through the sharing of our friendship.

COMMUNICATE Christ to the world through the relevant sharing of our lives and witness.

Where You Fit In
"Forsake not the assembling of yourselves together" is a command of Scripture. Furthermore, Jesus promises that where two or three are gathered together in His name, there HE will be in their midst.

Why be a part of the church? Through the years believers have found strength and inspiration in gathering together for worship.

The Christian needs three things to be fulfilled in their spiritual life:
1. Instruction in God's Word
2. Christian Fellowship
3. The opportunity to become involved in meeting the needs of others

Church is both a place to give and to receive.

If you are looking for these ingredients, join us in fellowship and worship.

The church is people. People who have a personal faith in Christ. People who love him and want to serve him. People who realize their need to grow in His grace. People like YOU.
